• 24x7x365 Operation – Our technicians are on the job around the clock-days, nights, weekends, and holidays-to help ensure our network is operational and optimized.
• State-of-the-art Systems – We use the latest network management systems to monitor availability and performance of customer services and to aid in diagnosis of network opportunities to maintain optimum performance and availability.
• Real-time Monitoring – All elements of the network are monitored in real time, with integrated fault management system (Netcool) and network availability tracking.
• Redundancy & Diversity – Our main Network Operations Center is located at 1301 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77002, with redundant NOC location at our 1905 E. 6th Street, Austin, TX data center facility.
