Our Remote Hands service assists clients colocated in our facilities with routine support and maintenance.
Remote Hands colocation clients no longer need to dispatch their own technicians to an Alpheus facility to perform straightforward or routine tasks. An Alpheus engineer can perform simple trouble shooting or maintenance tasks that do not require tools or equipment 24x7x365. We can also lend a hand in an emergency situation upon request.
Remote Hands Service Includes:
- Server/equipment reboot
- Equipment and card testing
- Secure cabling connections
- Removal of customer equipment
Two Levels of Service – Remote Hands can be provided on a usage or “subscription” basis. Subscription services are billed at a savings over usage-based, hourly rates. Options and pricing details are available from your local sales representative.
Offering 1: One- to three-hour client response during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CST, excluding holidays)
Offering 2: Outside of business hours-three-hour client response
